the problem was that i diddn't get the needed replies to continue it on but i'm pretty sure that was partly to do with what was included so it ended up just fading away, think i might turn it into a fanfic instead unless it is wanted to be continued

right i see what your on with now, for most of these games we'd need a new subforum in the games section unless theres a way of creating boards in usergroups. Some of these could be pretty successful me thinks though one or two are abit confusing but i like the concept

yeh it is mainly another way to have some fun and we can give away a prize every now and then to keep things interesting

yer.. like every week have a comp like the a topic has to get 30 pages and the person who got it to 30 pages wins or something

that kind of thing is okayt but promotes too much spamming and as i've learned a fair few people here don't approve of spam but i'm sure we can find other games

I remember a forum i was on ages ago, we used to do awesome roleplaying and each person did big detailed post involving their character, nobody was allowed to control other people's characters but could mention what was happening in other people's posts.

It used to be so epic we ended up giving an award to this guy who had epic story telling skills. If i remember correctly, his writing was so detailed and contained awesome plot twists and such. We gave him the award 'cause his character sacrificed himself to save the other characters in a final battle.

Was fooken epic.

EDIT: It was also really awesome 'cause some of the people on the forum were bad guys too.

wow that sounds like so much fun... My characters always have twisted pasts and stuff ^^ Luke knows the full wrath of my twisting shit/twisted mind... im sorry luke >.< ...although my story skills arent all that good compared to other peoples.

My writing skills suck, but i have a few awesome ideas. You still have loads of fun even if the detail is low.

I've kinda remembered how we can do this. No need for any new forum features, just start a thread introducing your character, a small bio if you will. Then throw them into a random situation and carry it on from there. Each person adding to the story starts their first post with a small bio. The only problem is i can't remember how we got around speaking to other characters as you're only allowed to control your own character...
