Artsy people, please rate (for a friend)

My friend has recently got back into using the likes of paint shop sai, and the sort. He made this video (below) showing a speed paint, but he still isn't sure of his skills at the moment. Could any of you rate and/or give some (pro?) tips for him?

the left legs a bit funny but overall good )))))

and he's got the full pallette and stuff on paint tool sai I've got the trial ones... T^T I have limited brushes etc... ;_;

Not speed paint, it's sped up by the video =3

i know that, i aint stupid *sighs*.. i mean just to get it all done continuously on paintshop, i know what speed painting is, and i know of the sped up video... you have to be a non human to do it at that pace ¬_¬
