Subject: Bugs Bunny Fights the Japanese Tue Apr 07, 2009 3:01 pm
The actual title of this episode is "Bugs Bunny Nips the Nips", which has been protested against by japanese activists for it's portrayal of the Japanese. Previously unaired, then released in 1991 (in terrible quality, but whatever)- I actually think it's a shit episode, even if I try and imagine they're taking the piss out of the Koreans. But whatever, thought some people may want to see it.

The only thing that was funny was that they failed at over the top racism. Seriously, the gibberish talking made me go wtf... Also I see why Japan wanted it gone forever, count the racist phrases Bugs Bunny says when handing out ice creams =_= Jesus Christ....

I liked the ice-cream part.. the racism was a little over the top, I can't say I particularly laughed at any part which is quite scary.

They got a liiiittttle bit carried away with the racism there, but I guess if you put in context of when it was made in 1944 during WWII and after Pearl Harbour it makes sense :/
