Scunthorpe Central Library Thursday 7th May 6-8pm £2 (a ticket)
Should be a good night! 200 free goodie bags to be given away, art+cosplay contest, quiz (ZOMGBBQ I LOVE QUIZES) and the usual Recon stuff. There's supose to be a pretty big turn out 100+ people! It'll be a great chance to meet new people who are likely from our region! n___n
You'll need to buy tickets in advance which you can do by either going to the library or phoning the library on:
01724 860161
You won't be able to buy tickets on the door.
It's advisable that you order tickets this weekend and no later than Tuesday. I'll be ringing sometime today to get full details, but if you want to go and can definatly do so, tell me and I'll order the tickets for you n_n
We're planning to go by train.

Can you check what time we'd be catching the train?
I should be able to go unless the train leaves before 4:30ish

I could get there if I went straight to the station from work, I think.

£10:60 for an adult (over 16)
If you get the 5:36pm train you won't arrive till gone 6pm and then it's a little walk from the train station.. unless you could get a lift from a parent?

Okay, so I got 6 tickets, 2 for myself and Viki (Abbi isn't going T_T) and then 4 spare ones. Of course Nathan, Laura and Taya get first dips if they still want them? Anyone else?

The winner of the cosplay was this cute girl cosplaying as Kairi from Kingdom Hearts 2. The Keyblade was so well made!
And yep, Richard was n_n

Laura is at 9:13 minutes.
You're beautiful comment was wasted on this crowd T___T!!!
I'm going to be addressing the lack of zest that cosplayers have in my new line of work. Seriously, T____T *cries* where is the enthusiasm?! I'm sorry.. it's not fair for me to judge.. maybe some people aren't used to getting up and speaking in front of so many people.. *sigh* Anyway, good job Richard and Laura! n___n
